    ❤️ Why you'll love it

Made with flatbread or naan bread: there is no need to make a dough for this

Great game day recipe: these flatbread pizzas are make a great appetizer perfect for your next football party!

Use part skim low moisture mozzarella to keep fat content down.

    🥘 Ingredients

Leftover rotisserie chicken: or any leftover roast chicken.

Hot sauce: I love hot sauce and always have a bottle of Franks Red Hot or Texas Pete in the fridge. Feel free to use your favorite buffalo sauce.

Ranch dressing: this is used to tame down the heat from the hot sauce for palates that like a milder flavor. You can also dip the flatbread in the dressing on the side.

Flatbreads: I used Stonefire Naan Artisan Flat Bread, any naan bread will work also.

Blue cheese: I am a fan of blue cheese wedges and like to crumble it myself. You can do the same or buy the prepackaged blue cheese crumbles. If your not fans of blue cheese, you can leave it off the pizza.

Mozzarella cheese: pre shredded works fine here, I prefer low moisture part-skim mozzarella

Cilantro: I like the flavor or cilantro, especially with hot sauce. If you aren't a fan of cilantro, use the tops of green onions to garnish instead.
