One of my favorite ways to enjoy a quick and easy pizza dinner is by using Naan bread. Naan bread makes an excellent pizza crust. I love how it stays firm yet still soft in the center while the edges crisp up.
I also like to make a rotisserie chicken at least once a week. Then I use the leftovers to make other recipes, like this BBQ Chicken Naan Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Sliders, and Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese!

Naan Bread
BBQ Sauce, this is my families go to sauce.
Cooked Chicken
Mozzarella Cheese
Jalapeno
Red Onion
Cilantro

Large rimless baking sheet, I love this insulated rimless sheet.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°. Lay the flatbread out on a large baking sheet. Spread each naan bread with ¼ cup of bbq sauce. Sprinkle ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese on each naan bread.
- Place ½ cup of chicken pieces on each naan bread, then evenly distribute the red onion and jalapeno slices over each naan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
- Serve garnished with cilantro (if using).
Top Tips
- Don't overload with cheese or pizza toppings. Too many toppings will make the pizza hard to handle.
- Tossing the cooked chicken in the bbq sauce will add extra flavor to the chicken.
- Leave at least a ½ inch edge around the naan bread when spreading with barbecue sauce.
Variations
- Add pineapple pieces to the topping for to add a level of sweet to spicy.
- Substitute shrimp for the chicken.
- Use your favorite cheese for topping, cheddar, monterey jack, and pepper jack area ll great choices.
- Drizzle the top of the baked naan pizza with Homemade Ranch Dressing.
- Sprinkle some crisp cooke bacon pieces over top of the finished pizza.
