These Keto Salmon Patties are a delicious way to enjoy salmon on the keto diet. They are delicious with this smoky dill sauce and make a great lunch or light evening meal.

Almond flour and egg are used in the mixture to aid in binding the patties together instead of bread crumbs. The addition of jalapeno adds just a little bit of something extra to the flavor and goes great with the salmon.

    Salmon On Keto

The great thing about salmon and other fish from the sea it is all pretty keto friendly. Salmon is one of the best fish to consume no matter what your diet is as it has Omega-3 fats which are heart healthy. They can also help with inflammation which is a goal of many keto followers (myself included).

Because of the health benefits of Salmon, I do like to try to add it to my meal plan at least once a week and this recipe is one that I keep on a regular rotation.

    💭 Top Tips

    • If the salmon patties seem to be a little too wet, increase the almond flour by 1 tablespoon.

    📖 Variations

    • Substitute canned crab meat or tuna fish for the Salmon.
    • Add a diced avocado to the salmon mixture.
    • Stir in 1 tablespoon canned chipotle pepper (diced), in place of the jalapeno, or along with the jalapeno.
    • Substitute sriracha mayonnaise for the dill sauce.
    • Try Keto Salmon Patties with a tablespoon of Chipotle Salad Dressing or Homemade Ranch Dressing instead of the dill sauce.
    • Coat the salmon patties in a thin layer of almond flour or panko coating.
