📖 Variations
Mocktail Version: To make a non-alcoholic version, simply replace the champagne or sparkling wine with sparkling water or a non-alcoholic sparkling cider.
Sparkling Rim: Elevate the presentation by garnishing your Grinch Mimosas with a contrasting red color sugar around the rim of the champagne flute.
💭 Tips
Juice substitution: If you don't like orange juice, pineapple juice or mango juice can be substituted for the orange juice.
Big Batch Mimosa: If you're hosting a large holiday gathering, you can easily make a big batch of Grinch Mimosas to ensure that everyone can enjoy this festive treat. Simply multiply the ingredients by the number of servings you need and mix everything in a large pitcher. Serve your guests from the pitcher, and don't forget to top up their glasses with sparkling wine or champagne for that bubbly festive touch.
Cold ingredients: Make sure your ingredients are well-chilled before making the Grinch Mimosa. This will ensure that your drink is refreshing and perfectly bubbly.
Color correction: use a touch of green food coloring as needed for color correction.
