    🥘 Ingredients

Lean ground beef: 92/8 ratio, anything higher is not considered lean.

Soft bread: if you have any leftover quick dinner rolls that are a couple of days old or hearty bread slices will work.

Large eggs: use whole eggs, if you would like to reduce fat more, use 3 egg whites and store the egg yolks for another use.

White onion: added for flavor, substitute 1-½ teaspoons onion powder if preferred.

Italian seasoning: to add flavor to the meatballs.

    Salt and black pepper

Raw meatballs on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
