Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450. In a food processor, pulse the bread, parsley, and thyme to combine and break down into coarse crumbs.
Place the fish on a foil lined baking sheet. Spread the butter over top of the fish and season with the salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the bread crumb topping over top of the fish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with lemon (if using).
