Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce coats naan bread that is topped with leftover rotisserie chicken coated in bbq sauce, red onions, cheese, jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.
Preheat the oven to 400°. Lay the flatbread out on a large baking sheet. Spread each naan bread with ¼ cup of bbq sauce. Sprinkle ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese on each naan bread.
Place ½ cup of chicken pieces on each naan bread, then evenly distribute the red onion and jalapeno slices over each naan
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
