Ingredients

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground venison and ground pork.
Add the onion, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, pork rinds, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix with hands to combine thoroughly.
Shape meatballs into tablespoon-sized balls.
Place meatballs in the air fryer basket and cook at 375 for 15 minutes. Repeat with 2nd half of meatballs if needed due to air fryer size.
Remove from air fryer and serve as desired.
