Instructions

  • Prepare low carb pizza crust according to recipe (printable recipe at link).
  • Mix together diced chicken and barbecue sauce.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle barbecue chicken over top of cheese layer.
  • Arrange red onion and jalapeno slices over top of pizza as desired.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, until cheese has melted and onion and jalapeno have softened.
  • Serve with fresh chopped cilantro if desired.
