While air fryer is heating, remove turkey breast from packaging and pat the surface dry with a paper towel.
Rub turkey breast, including the sides of the turkey breast liberally with salt and pepper.
Spray air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray. Place turkey breast in the air fryer skin side down and air fry at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove turkey breast from the air fryer and flip over. Return to air fryer and cook for 30 minutes longer, until instant-read thermometer registers 165 degrees F in the thickest part of the breast.
Remove turkey from air fryer and transfer to a cutting board. Vent with an aluminum foil tent and let rest 10-15 minutes before carving.
