    🥘 Ingredients

    Leftover stuffing

    Leftover mashed potatoes

    Chopped leftover turkey, any combination of white and dark meat

    Turkey gravy

    Cranberry sauce

    🔪 Instructions

    1. Form a ½” layer on the inside of a jumbo silicone muffin liner. Press stuffing up from the bottom of the cup and into the side of the liner to form a cup
    2. Air fry the stuffing cups in the air fryer basket for 10 minutes at 400°F.
    3. Add the turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy to a large bowl and stir to combine.
    4. Remove the stuffing cups from the air fryer and using a large cream scoop, fill the stuffing cups with one scoop of filling.
    5. Return cups to the air fryer basket and bake for 5 minutes at 350°F, until meat filling is warmed through and stuffing cups are golden brown and crispy.
    6. Remove the stuffing muffins from the air fryer and let cool for 5 minutes. Add dollop of leftover cranberry sauce to the top of the turkey filling. Drizzle with more warmed gravy if desired.

    Warm the stuffing for a few seconds in the microwave to take the chill off it if it is too stiff to work into the muffin cup.

    A total of 15 minutes in the air fryer and you have leftovers fit to feed a king!

    Feel free to add a dollop of cranberry sauce to the top of the stuffing muffin or a drizzle of turkey gravy, or both!

    Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container up to 3 days.

    • Bring the stuffing and mashed potatoes to room temperature so it is easier to work with.
    • If the stuffing is a little dry, add a few tablespoons of warm chicken broth to loosen it up.
