Refrigerate: store leftover dip in an airtight container up to 1 week.

    📖 Variations

Peppermint Twist: Add a dash of peppermint extract to the dip and top with crushed candy canes and chocolate shavings for a festive and refreshing twist.

Nutty and Toffee: Mix in toffee bits and chopped nuts such as toasted almonds or hazelnuts to add crunch and a nutty dimension to the dip.

Mexican Hot Cocoa Dip: Introduce warmth by incorporating a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, or even a hint of chili powder for those who enjoy a subtle kick and top off with a few mini chocolate chips.

    💭 Tips

Sift the Cocoa: To avoid lumps in your dip, make sure to sift the cocoa powder before mixing it with the other ingredients.

Add texture: Add a little texture and sprinkle these marshmallow bits over top of the dip instead of miniature marshmallows.

Serve with Variety: Provide an assortment of dippables such as marshmallows, graham crackers, pretzels, and even fruit slices. The variety adds to the enjoyment.
