Red wine vinegar
Honey: I like to use raw honey like this one from Nate's.
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh garlic cloves
Dried oregano
Salt
Black pepper

- Place chipotle peppers, red-wine vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 60 seconds until ingredients are smooth.
- Transfer vinaigrette to a mason jar and seal tight. Refrigerate.
